Role Description We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Business Manager (RBM) to drive sales growth, market expansion, and distribution development across the assigned region. The role involves leading sales teams, managing distributor networks, achieving regional business targets, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the market presence of Lactinova products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the market for Lactinova Cattle Feed in the assigned region.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional business targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage Area Business Managers and field sales teams.
- Monitor channel partner performance and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Strengthen relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Increase brand awareness and market value of Lactinova products.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
- Plan and execute promotional and brand-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or MBA in any discipline.
- Candidates from Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Technology, Animal Husbandry, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates from other streams with relevant sales and business management experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong distributor, dealer, and customer relationships.
