Role Description
This full-time, on-site position as a Regional Business Manager is located in Jaipur. The successful candidate will oversee regional sales operations, develop and execute business strategies, and ensure targets are met within the assigned geography. Key responsibilities include managing a team of representatives, analyzing market trends, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and implementing effective marketing initiatives. Additional duties include driving growth in product sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and business strategy execution
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, especially in pain management, rheumatology, antimalarials, and related therapeutic areas
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales data, and forecasting growth opportunities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high-performing teams
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape of Jaipur and surrounding regions is a plus
