Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, developing and executing strategic business plans, and managing and mentoring sales teams. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying market opportunities, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. Delivering excellent service to customers and contributing to the company’s mission of improving health standards will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including expertise in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic planning and market analysis
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and fostering team collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in market research, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel within the region as required
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
