we are hiring a Regional Business Head / Sales Manager to lead our Chennai/Bangalore/Noida operations. This role is pivotal in driving regional revenue, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational alignment with Microsoft’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep sales expertise in Microsoft ecosystem, operational rigor, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Strategy
- Proven experience in Microsoft Cloud Sales especially with Azure and M365
- Lead B2B, enterprise and mid-market sales efforts with a focus on solution selling
- Manage strategic deals and build long-term client relationships
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage a high-performing sales and support team
- Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Operations & Governance
- Oversee Noida office operations, ensuring compliance with partner policies
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT for resource planning and reporting
- Maintain structured governance and reporting frameworks
Qualifications
Education : MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Technology
Experience : 8–12 years in sales leadership, Mandatory experience in Microsoft ecosystem
Experience in managing the full sales lifecycle.
Excellent Communication skills
Growth mindset, inclusive leadership, analytical thinking, executive presence
Industry Certifications:
Possession of Microsoft Fundamental certifications is highly mandatory.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – validates understanding of M365 services, licensing, and support options
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) – demonstrates basic knowledge of Azure cloud services.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) – shows foundational understanding of Microsoft’s security/compliance solutions.
