Position Overview
Lead regional business growth by managing end‑to‑end debt transactions, building strong institutional relationships, and driving profitability across assigned regions.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Finance, Corporate & Branch Banking
- Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGDM or equivalent in Finance, Banking, or Risk Management

About The Company

The platform redeploys India’s pool of experienced professionals, leveraging their regulatory expertise, credit knowledge, and grassroots understanding of the financial ecosystem. It also serves as a unified lending interface, offering personal, car, home, LAP, and unsecured business loans, along with loans against mutual funds and shares.
Key Responsibilities
Mandatory Focus Areas
- Transaction Management & End‑to‑End Execution: Facilitate and manage the full deal lifecycle from mandate to closure.
- Compliance & Credit Appraisals: Monitor internal and external policies and ensure client servicing in credit appraisals for long‑ and short‑term debt (fund/non‑fund based), aligned with financial and strategic goals.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong local relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, AIFs, and other financial institutions to strengthen sourcing and execution capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Execute debt transactions including working capital limits for corporate clients and NBFCs, structured debt products, and project finance.
- Lead deal structuring and closure, coordinating with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage regional P&L including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Expand and engage a strong banker network for sustained deal flow.
- Cross‑sell fintech‑enabled wealth management and lending solutions.
- Onboard and manage fintech, NBFC, and allied partners to enhance regional reach.
Must‑Have Skills
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions
- 10+ years in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Exposure to the fintech or startup ecosystem
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
