Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Head - East, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves overseeing business operations in the eastern region, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The individual will also lead a team to drive revenue growth, ensure operational efficiency, and meet regional business targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning
- Skills in team leadership, management, and driving performance
- Excellent market analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the e-mobility or related sector is advantageous
- Understanding of the eastern regional market trends and customer behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
