Role Description
The Regional Business Head for Urban Money will lead and expand business operations in the Raipur region. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing regional growth strategies, building and managing client relationships, and driving revenue generation through strategic partnerships and team leadership. The role also includes overseeing the team’s performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and representing Urban Money in client and partner engagements. Collaboration with the central team and ensuring strong compliance with corporate standards and processes are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities
- 5+ years of experience in team handling
- Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building
- In-depth understanding of financial products including loans and mortgages
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on target achievement and revenue growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Knowledge of the Raipur region market dynamics is a plus
