💼 Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Retail Business Head (RBH) to lead large-scale field sales operations and drive SMB / Retail Merchant Onboarding for Google Ads solutions 📊.
If you’ve built and scaled offline distribution networks and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments — this role is for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📌 Team Leadership & Expansion
- Lead, manage, and scale large field sales teams across multiple territories
- Build a strong pipeline of sales leaders and frontline executives
📌 Merchant Acquisition & Growth
- Drive SMB & retail merchant onboarding for digital advertising solutions 📣
- Expand merchant networks and offline retail distribution channels
📌 Performance & Execution
- Set aggressive targets 🎯 and ensure consistent achievement
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive productivity improvements
📌 Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding & merchant success 🤝
📌 Market Expansion
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement expansion strategies 📈
📌 People Development
- Mentor and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams 🌱
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔️ 10+ years in offline retail sales / distribution / field sales leadership
✔️ Proven track record of managing large, multi-city field teams
✔️ Strong experience in SMB or merchant acquisition
✔️ Exposure to Digital / Performance Marketing is a plus 💡
✔️ Background in SaaS / AdTech / E-commerce / Marketplaces preferred
✔️ Stable career history (minimum 2 years per organization) min 7 Plus Years and Must have handled Big Teams
✔️ Strong ownership mindset with execution excellence 🚀
🎓 Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
