🚀 Job Title: Regional Business Head – Retail Sales (Fintech)
📍 Location: Noida
📆 Working: 6 Days/Week
👤 Reporting To: Vice President (VP)
🌟 Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Business Head (RBH) to lead and scale our retail sales operations in the fintech space. This role will be responsible for driving regional growth, managing large sales teams, and expanding our merchant and customer base.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive regional P&L and revenue growth
- Lead merchant and customer acquisition for fintech products (Payments, Lending, Insurance, etc.)
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies
- Manage, mentor, and scale large field sales teams
- Build and strengthen channel partnerships and distribution networks
- Monitor market trends, competition, and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives
👥 Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Fintech / Payments / Financial Services
- Minimum 3–5 years in team handling or leadership roles
- Strong background in retail sales or merchant acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
