Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Regional Business Head. The responsibilities include overseeing regional sales and operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive market growth, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves managing a team, setting performance goals, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting on regional progress to the leadership team.

- Experience in sales strategy development, business management, and operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client relationship management capabilities
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines
- Proficient in using business analytics tools and software
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the uniform or apparel industry is a plus
