We are looking for a dynamic professional with 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Sales, Media Sales, or Client Servicing, along with 2+ years of team handling experience. The ideal candidate will drive brand partnerships, generate revenue, and lead impactful marketing campaigns while managing client relationships and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales, media sales, and brand acquisition by onboarding new clients and closing partnerships.
Build and execute innovative marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with client goals.
Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring strong retention and repeat business.
Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers to achieve business targets and campaign success.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and performance reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or related roles.
2+ years of team management experience.
Strong expertise in campaign execution, sales closures, client servicing, and digital advertising.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
