Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Audit Manager located in Ballia. The Regional Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing financial audits, analyzing financial statements, and assessing accounts for accuracy and compliance. The role includes monitoring financial processes, identifying risks, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and preparing reports with actionable insights for management.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Audits
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating financial trends and risks
- Ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in auditing processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of microfinance or financial inclusion sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent preferred
