Regional Sales Manager (RSM) โ North India

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, aggressive, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in North India. This is a player-coach role with a strong emphasis on individual contribution (80%) alongside strategic team management (20%).
The ideal candidate will bring a deep-rooted network within Government accounts and a proven track record of selling complex software solutions and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales & Revenue Growth: Hunt, prospect, and close mid-to-large ticket deals in the Government sector.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor and manage a sales team while driving personal sales targets.
- Solution Selling: Position offerings across Software Development, IoT, SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
- Relationship Management: Leverage existing Government/Enterprise relationships to build a robust pipeline.
- Market Expansion: Stay ahead of technology trends to consult and deliver bespoke solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12โ15 years of front-end sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
- Proven expertise in Government/Public Sector sales.
- Strong background in selling Software Development, IoT, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business/Engineering (MBA preferred).
