Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Region Collection Manager based in Jaipur. The Region Collection Manager will oversee and manage the collection operations across the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of collection targets while maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, leading and training the collection team, monitoring overdue accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. The role also involves analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and working cross-functionally with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and staff training
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and creating actionable insights
- Experience in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
- Comprehensive understanding of collection processes, legal regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in vehicle finance, home loans, and SME loans
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and manage a multi-location team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven track record with 8+ years of experience in collection operations or credit management
