We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative team in HSR, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality. This position operates on a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies for both front-end and back-end.
2. Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement user-friendly interfaces.
3. API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.
4. Code Quality: Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
6. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
2. Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
3. Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
