About the Role:
We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join Ravi’s team and make a significant impact on our AI-driven content optimization platform and online event management tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, contribute to key product decisions, and be part of a fast-paced, innovative team based in Bangalore.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust fullstack applications with a focus on scalability and performance
- Collaborate closely with Ravi, product managers, and designers to shape the product roadmap
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into the platform’s core functionality
- Own and maintain critical backend services and frontend interfaces
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and product planning
- Drive development best practices and continuously improve engineering workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid experience in React.js and Node.js
- Familiarity with Python (especially for AI/ML integration) is a strong plus
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and take ownership of end-to-end features
Bonus Points For:
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
- Knowledge of event management platforms or marketing tech stacks
- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Contributions to open-source or side projects
