Your expertise in prompt engineering will help us optimize AI interactions, improve content quality, and maximize engagement for businesses using our platform. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and fine-tune high-quality prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) to generate accurate and engaging content.
2. Experiment with prompt optimization techniques to enhance AI performance across different business use cases.
3. Work closely with AI/ML engineers and product teams to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the platform.
4. Analyze AI-generated outputs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to refine responses.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and generative models, applying them to improve platform capabilities.
6. Develop and maintain a prompt library tailored for different content needs, industries, and engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

1. 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model fine-tuning.
2. Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, and generative AI models.
3. Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
4. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML integration and automation.
5. Experience in A/B testing, prompt evaluation, and iterative improvements.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to AI interactions.
