About the Role:
We are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our AI-driven content optimization platform. Your eye for detail and passion for product excellence will help us deliver a seamless experience to our users.

What You'll Do:

1. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API-based applications
2. Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand features and technical implementation
3. Identify, record, document, and track bugs through to resolution
4. Build and maintain test plans and regression suites for new and existing features
5. Advocate for quality at every stage of the product lifecycle
6. Continuously contribute to improving our QA processes and tools

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA/testing roles
2. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
3. Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
4. Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs and backend systems
5. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. Experience working with AI or data-driven platforms is a plus
   

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
2. Experience in performance/load testing
3. Knowledge of JavaScript or Python for automation scripting
