We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative team in HSR, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. This position operates on a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development: Design and implement scalable web applications using a variety of front-end and back-end technologies.
2. API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between the client and server.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs within the application.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance your skills and our products.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
2. Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
3. Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
