Enrolment Conversion Officer

You will be responsible for supporting the effective recruitment and enrolment of students on Regent's University London's degree programmes. This will include leading on conversion activity to help recruit a diverse and high-quality cohort, including providing excellent customer service to both prospective and enrolled students. You will monitor performance data and use this to drive improvements in our conversion rates from enquiry to enrolment. You will need to build strong relationships with other recruitment, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure a joined-up approach to student recruitment. It is expected that you will contribute towards the development and refinement of recruitment, conversion, and enrolment-related processes.
