Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Refunds and Retention Analyst, based in Chennai. The role involves managing customer refunds and retention processes, including reviewing and processing refund requests, identifying retention opportunities, analyzing trends to reduce churn, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. The analyst will also monitor metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Problem-Solving
- Experience in Retention Strategy Development and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and familiarity with data analytics tools
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
