Refugees International (RI) seeks great people from a wide variety of backgrounds and we specifically encourage members of refugee, immigrant, or other displaced communities to join us. When you do join us, you will be an integral contributor to a non-governmental organization that advocates for lifesaving assistance and protection for refugees and other displaced people, abiding by the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence. join the program team as an intern focused on Latin America migration policy. You will intern closely with the Senior Advocate for Latin America and conduct research related to refugee resettlement, pathways, security dynamics and other humanitarian challenges. You will engage on migration policy challenges with particular focus on Mexico, Costa Rica, and Venezuelan displacement. The internship will focus on research, policy tracking, assisting in organizing and attending high level meetings, and writing opportunities.
