Role Description
This is a full-time, Plant Porduction and quality incharge role for a Refractory Production and Quality Specialist based in Morbi, Gujarat. The primary responsibilities include overseeing production planning and management, ensuring quality control during manufacturing processes, and training team members to maintain operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating daily production activities and implementing quality standards to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Strong skills in Quality Control, ensuring products meet all required standards and specifications.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Experience in Training team members to optimize processes and maintain high performance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing setting and implement process improvements.
- A background or experience in refractory production or a closely related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline is advantageous.
