Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role with REFRACTORY ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD, based at the Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (Kanpur) facility and located in Baleswar. The role involves supporting refractory engineering and construction activities within a manufacturing and industrial setting, including assisting in the planning, installation, maintenance, and inspection of refractory materials and related mechanical systems. Daily tasks may include coordinating with engineering and production teams, monitoring project progress, preparing basic technical documentation, and ensuring that work complies with safety and quality standards. The position also requires participation in on-site project meetings, communicating updates to supervisors, and helping resolve technical or logistical issues related to refractory construction and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical information, assess project requirements, and support problem-solving in manufacturing and construction activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to assist with planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and tracking progress for refractory engineering and construction projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering to understand production processes, equipment, and the technical aspects of refractory materials and installations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field are beneficial, along with familiarity with industrial safety practices, basic CAD or technical drawing tools, and prior experience in construction or industrial manufacturing environments.
