Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Savvy/Product Owner/Business Analyst/Architect who deeply understands retail operations, challenges existing workflows where appropriate, and then applies Agentic AI to create tangible business value. You will be a core member of Reflections' AI POD, partnering with client SMEs, AI engineers, data engineers, solution architects, and UX specialists to rapidly deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Experience : 8 to 15 Years.
Location : Hybrid (Open to Travel if required).
Key Responsibilities
- Business Workflow Discovery :
- Work closely with client business stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, stores, eCommerce, finance and customer operations.
- Document existing business workflows, pain points and decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification before introducing AI automation.
- Translate business objectives into Agentic AI use cases.
- AI Solution Design :
- Design AI agent workflows aligned with business processes.
- Break down complex retail operations into autonomous and collaborative AI agents.
- Define human-in-the-loop interactions where appropriate.
- Design multi-agent orchestration and escalation mechanisms.
- Implementation Leadership :
- Lead deployment of Agentic AI solutions from pilot to production.
- Configure and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Ensure rapid iteration based on business feedback.
- Customer Success :
- Become a trusted advisor to client executives and business users.
- Drive user adoption and organizational change.
- Measure business outcomes and continuously optimize AI workflows.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the AI POD.
Required Retail Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge in several of the following areas : Merchandising, Inventory Optimization, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Order Management, Omnichannel Retail, Pricing & Promotions, Category Management, Vendor Management, Store Operations, Customer Loyalty, eCommerce Operations, Demand Forecasting, Returns Management, Retail Analytics.
- Experience with retailers, CPG companies, or retail technology platforms is highly desirable.
Agentic AI Skills
- Hands-on experience with : Agentic AI architectures, Multi-agent systems, AI workflow orchestration, Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP (Model Context Protocol), Tool calling and function orchestration, AI memory architectures, Human-in-the-loop workflows, LLM evaluation and guardrails, AI observability, Production AI deployments.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms is preferred.
Technical Skills
- APIs and system integrations, Python, SQL, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), Vector databases, Enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, Data engineering fundamentals.
