Hiring – Refinery Planning & Scheduling Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and deliver Planning & Scheduling solutions
- Work on feedstock ranking, rolling plans, back-casting, and debottlenecking studies
- Update and maintain multi-period Linear Programming (LP) models
- Support end-to-end implementation of refinery planning systems
- Collaborate with refinery planning, scheduling, and technical services teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linear Programming (LP)
- Experience with Aspen PIMS, Honeywell RPMS, Haverly GRTMPS, or Spiral
- Experience with APS, H-Sched, Dock Scheduling, PS-EO, or Honeywell Production Scheduler
- Knowledge of refinery operations, crude blending, yield accounting, and refinery economics
- Advanced Excel / VBA / SQL
- Aspen Hysys or KBC Petrosim is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- MBA (Oil & Gas) preferred
- Experience in refinery / petrochemical companies or Oil & Gas consulting projects
- Strong understanding of refinery planning & scheduling processes
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills
