Roles & Responsibilities
1.Excellent Verbal & communication skills.
2. Candidate must know Hindi language.
3. Advanced Excel / analytical skills required, must be able to synthesize data by asking the right questions and analyzing to guide actions.
4.Strong problem-solving skills creating new markets, customer relationships and solutions.
5. Good people management skills, number crunching skills and general aptitude
Activities performed by the team:
- Rapidly manage the on-going relationship with lender partners and ensure timely feedback received from all lenders across.
- Develop a growth strategy for lenders and a monthly conversion target be achieved.
- Build and foster deep relationships with lenders at all levels and with industry experts
- Work closely with the cross-sales team to build efficient processes with lenders.
