Role Description
The Referral Marketing Executive/Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and strengthen referral networks. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, creating and executing marketing plans to generate leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves regular communication with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to meet referral targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong skills in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and manage partnerships effectively
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
