Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Referral Marketing Executive. The role involves developing and managing referral marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, ensuring effective communication with collaborators, driving sales, and managing partner relationships to grow the clinic's referral network. The executive will also analyze performance metrics and optimize referral campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships and collaborating with partners and stakeholders
- Proficient in Sales and Marketing to promote services and foster referral partnerships
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and drive results
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or referral networking is a plus
