Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Referral & Loyalty Manager, located in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer referral and loyalty programs. Key tasks include analyzing program performance, tracking customer behavior data, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with sales and marketing teams. The role will also involve measuring and optimizing customer engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty management
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive insights
- Experience in Sales and fostering customer relationships
- Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve objectives
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer data analysis software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
