Elevate your career as a Party Reference Data Operations – Reference Data Specialist IV, helping ensure high-quality party data that supports compliance and firmwide standards.
Job Summary
As a Reference Data Specialist IV within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will manage and maintain internal and external client reference data to support firm standards and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with stakeholders to analyze data, remediate issues, and ensure alignment on data requirements. You will also maintain MIS reporting and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily production processes and coordinate a portfolio of projects to deliver reference data services accurately and on time.
- Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders to drive clear communication on data requirements and remediation plans.
- Apply subject matter expertise in Party Reference Data and data quality management to uphold high business standards.
- Maintain MIS reports and deliver reporting that supports operational oversight and decision-making.
- Coordinate with business partners to resolve data issues, ensuring timely and effective remediation.
- Drive adherence to controls and quality checks to ensure reference data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
- University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
- Experience managing and maintaining client or reference data within a large organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and data validation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
- Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify root causes, and extract actionable insights
- Capability to build reusable automations and create interactive dashboards for advanced analytics and reporting
- Effectiveness working in a matrix environment and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver shared outcomes
- Experience performing maker/checker
