About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic IT team This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor in upgrading our ServiceNow platform to Xanadu and supporting core ITSM processes including ITIL-based Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Discovery, and Vulnerability Management You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform operates smoothly, securely, and effectively, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service Lead and support the upgrade of ServiceNow for point releases and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including core modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Discovery, and Vulnerability Management Perform regular platform maintenance, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to improve workflow efficiency and user experience Maintain data integrity within the ServiceNow platform by regularly auditing and updating configuration and asset information Design, develop, and implement new features or solutions that align with business needs Provide end-user training and support to maximize platform utilization Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, tools, and emerging features to ensure the platform remains optimized and secure Maintain integration between ServiceNow and ClickSend e-mail to phone integration Problem Analysis including repeat incident analysis and resolution tracking Report creation and data gathering for external and internal audit
