WE’RE HIRING - REELS VIDEO EDITOR (TAMIL)

We’re looking for a video editor who can turn podcast clips into high-retention, scroll-stopping reels.
This role is for someone who understands Tamil content, audience psychology, and fast-paced editing.
What You’ll Work On:
• Podcast clips → Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
• 30–90 sec engaging videos
• Tamil + bilingual content
Requirements:
• Must know Tamil (very important)
• Basic knowledge of Effects (for motion, subtitles, effects)
• Strong short-form editing skills
• Ability to create a hook in first 2 seconds
• Clean, engaging subtitles (not plain captions)
• Good sense of pacing, cuts, and zooms
Bonus:
• Experience editing podcasts/interviews
• Understanding of viral reels formats
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be given a test task (mandatory)
