Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reels Specialist based in South Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Reels Specialist will ideate, create, and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities include scripting, filming, editing, and incorporating storytelling techniques to align with the brand's voice and marketing goals. The specialist will also collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align content with campaign strategies while keeping up with the latest trends in short-form video content.
Qualifications
- Video editing, content creation, and storytelling skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Creative scripting, ideation, and video concept development skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize video content for engagement and visibility
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills to work across teams
- Experience in marketing or brand management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
