We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reels Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
If you understand trends before they go viral and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and create engaging Reels / Short Videos
- Shoot and edit high-quality content using mobile or camera
- Stay updated with latest trends, audio, and formats
- Collaborate with marketing & design teams for campaigns
- Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery
- Optimize videos for performance (hooks, captions, hashtags)
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms
Requirements- Proven experience in creating viral or high-performing reels
- Strong skills in tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro (or similar)
- Good understanding of Instagram algorithm & trends
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing & storytelling
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work fast and adapt to trends quickly
Good to Have- Experience in food, lifestyle, or brand content
- Knowledge of motion graphics / transitions
- Understanding of social media analytics
