Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reels and Content Creator, based in Patna, with flexible work-from-home options. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating engaging short-form video content for reels and other platforms. Additional day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, producing visually compelling posts, managing content schedules, and analyzing content performance metrics to improve engagement and outreach.
Qualifications
- Skills in Video Editing, Reels Creation, and Motion Graphics production
- Creative Content Ideation and Photography/Videography experience
- Understanding of Social Media Trends, Content Marketing, and Digital Engagement strategies
- Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva
- Skills in Analytics and Performance Monitoring for content optimization
- Strong storytelling abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a hybrid work model
- Experience in education, skills development, or related fields is a plus
