Reel Photographer & Video Editor — Immediate Requirement

We are looking for 3 creative Reel Photographers & Video Editors who can independently shoot and edit engaging short-form video content / reels.
Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
Joining: Immediate
Contract Duration: 3 months
Positions: 3
Compensation: ₹2,500 per day, per person
Role & Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality reels and short-form videos.
- Edit reels for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Understand framing, lighting, transitions, music, pacing and trending reel formats.
- Capture candid moments, events and planned content.
- Deliver edited content quickly as per daily requirements.
- Coordinate with the team on content ideas and execution.
- Manage and organise all footage captured during the assignment.
Equipment
Mobile phones and required shooting/editing tools will be provided.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- No weekly holiday during the 3-month contract
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Breakfast will be provided from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, before the shift begins.
- Lunch will also be provided.
Candidate Requirements
- Must know both videography/shooting and video editing.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels / short-form content is preferred.
- Should be comfortable shooting primarily on mobile phones.
- Knowledge of CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools is preferred.
- Creative eye for framing, storytelling and social-media-friendly content.
- Must be punctual, disciplined and available for the complete 3-month assignment.
Mandatory Conditions
Candidates must:
- Not consume alcohol
- Not smoke
- Not consume non-vegetarian food
- Maintain decent and appropriate clothing throughout the assignment.
