What You’ll Do
• Edit 4–6 reels/month for Instagram
• Turn raw clips into engaging, high-retention content
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, and trending sounds
• Make content feel native to Reels (not forced ads)
• Work closely with the founders on content direction
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable with tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro/ anything equivalent or better
• Understands trends, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Has a good eye for clean, sharp edits
• Can deliver on time, every time
