Strong understanding of hardware BOMs, component sourcing, supplier lead times, production planning; experience with electronics suppliers; fluent in engineering drawings and schematics; project management skills; hands-on experience with custom hardware, manufacturing equipment, test fixtures, robotics, mechatronics, or automation systems; comfortable with electrical and mechanical systems; Python, C/C++, microcontrollers preferred; standard engineering and diagnostic equipment.
