Design and implement finance process automation using Redwood Software’s Redwood platform, enabling streamlined Record-to-Report (R2R), journal entry, and intercompany processes. The role focuses on building scalable, end-to-end automated workflows integrated with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and operational consistency across finance functions.
Your tasks
- Collaborating with finance stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements
- Configuring Redwood processes, chains, and tables for finance use cases
- Developing automation logic using REL and JavaScript within workflows
- Integrating Redwood workflows with ERP systems and external data sources
- Building ETL pipelines for data transformation and processing
- Executing SIT/UAT testing and validating automation performance
- Troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows during deployment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in finance automation (R2R, journal entries, intercompany)
- Hands-on expertise in Redwood components (processes, chains, tables)
- Proficiency in REL/JavaScript for automation logic development
- Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and data transformation techniques and understanding of finance processes (GL, AR, AP, FI/CO)
- Familiarity with Redwood Orchestrator, Runner, and Workbench
- Advanced-level English skills – written and verbal
Nice to have
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java for customization
- Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments
- Understanding of automation best practices and scalable architecture
- Consulting mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to enterprise automation ecosystems alongside tools like UiPath
