About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of open positions at RedSeer. Your primary focus will be on building a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support the growth and expansion of our business. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, and then develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and assess the best candidates. This will involve leveraging a range of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will also be responsible for conducting phone and in-person interviews, as well as coordinating the interview process with other members of the team. Additionally, you will provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, will be critical to success in this role.
