Plant Head

Oversee all aspects of Plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control and safety compliances. Develop and implement stratergic plans to optimize production efficiency, & minimize cost. Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and frontline staff to achieve production targets and quality standards. Foster a continous improvrment, innovation, and excellence in performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards. Colloborate with cross functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, finance to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives. Monitor Key performance indicators (KPI) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for plant operations. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance engagement training and development. Foster a safe work environment and promote adherence to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
