About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Redis, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing Southeast Asia business as we continue to expand our presence in this strategic market. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for our experienced Account Executives. Success in this role will require exceptional communication skills, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives
- Own the full sales cycle for your designated accounts, from initial outreach to qualification and handoff
- Effectively communicate Redis' value proposition and differentiation to prospective customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and competitive landscape
- Work closely with the Sales team to share market insights and feedback
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or business development role
- Demonstrated track record of success in a quota-carrying role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Valid visa or legal authorization to work in Singapore
