About the role
Redis is seeking a Manager, Technical Account Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship between Redis and our biggest customers. You will be the technical lead in charge of overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Redis within our enterprise customers' environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for Redis' largest enterprise customers
- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing success of our customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand Redis' footprint within our enterprise accounts
- Drive the technical roadmap and influence the Redis product roadmap based on customer needs
- Represent Redis as a subject matter expert at customer meetings, industry events, and other forums
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably with a background in database technologies or DevOps
- Proven track record of managing highly technical teams and building strong relationships with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and modern application architectures
- Passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed with Redis
