Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in field sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in industries such as real estate, financial services, education, insurance, or similar sectors.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
