We are looking for a Reddit Media Planner who understands how Reddit works beyond just posting content. You’ll help plan, execute, and optimize Reddit campaigns by identifying the right communities, developing organic content strategies, and coordinating campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who spends time on Reddit, understands internet culture, and wants to build expertise in community-led marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Research relevant subreddits for brand campaigns.
Build Reddit media plans based on campaign objectives.
Create content calendars and posting strategies.
Identify trending conversations and engagement opportunities.
Coordinate with Reddit Operations for campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.
Prepare campaign reports and insights.
Stay updated with Reddit platform changes, subreddit rules, and emerging trends.
Assist in audience research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with Account Managers and Strategy teams.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or social media.
Strong understanding of Reddit and community-driven platforms.
Good written communication and copywriting skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.
Ability to identify cultural and internet trends quickly.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good to Have
Experience running Reddit campaigns.
Knowledge of meme culture and online communities.
Familiarity with analytics tools.
Quality of subreddit recommendations.
Accuracy of media plans.
Insight quality and reporting accuracy.
Already a moderator of any subreddit
