We’re looking for a mid to senior-level professional to lead and scale our Reddit growth efforts through strong content and community understanding.
About the Role
We are looking for a Reddit-native growth expert who understands Reddit beyond surface-level posting and can build visibility and engagement through native-first content.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify high-potential subreddits and execute daily posting
● Create engaging titles and native content
● Build and maintain strong karma profiles
● Manage multiple Reddit accounts safely
● Engage with communities and moderators
● Track performance and optimize content using data
What We’re Looking For
● Strong understanding of Reddit culture
● Experience in organic Reddit growth
● Experience managing multiple accounts
● Good written English
