About the role
We’re looking for a resourceful, well-connected person who can help us find and onboard reliable people to support our Reddit campaigns.
Your main responsibility will be to bring in suitable contributors who understand Reddit, can follow campaign requirements and are available to complete assignments within the required timelines. You’ll connect interested people with our team and help them get started through our Discord server.
We want someone who can take ownership of recruitment- from finding potential contributors and explaining the opportunity to making sure they’re ready to participate.
You’ll recruit active Reddit users who can support our campaigns by creating relevant posts and contributing to discussions through comments, following campaign briefs and community rules.
You’ll find suitable contributors, explain the opportunity and help them complete onboarding through our Discord server. Our team will provide the campaign assignments and instructions.
Recruitment targets and qualification criteria will be agreed upfront. We’re looking for contributors who understand the work and are available to participate.
Key responsibilities
Find suitable contributors
• Identify active Reddit users through relevant communities, networks, referrals and other appropriate recruitment channels.
• Reach people who may be interested in participating in our campaigns.
• Develop a consistent recruitment approach that brings in suitable candidates.
• Adjust your approach based on the type of people needed for each campaign.
Screen interested candidates
• Check their familiarity with Reddit, community culture and subreddit rules.
• Assess whether they can understand instructions, communicate clearly and meet deadlines.
• Confirm their availability and interest before referring them to our team.
• Prioritise reliable contributors who are a good fit for the campaign.
Support Discord onboarding
• Invite suitable candidates to our Discord server.
• Explain the campaign requirements, working process and relevant terms accurately.
• Help new members find the right channels and complete onboarding.
• Coordinate with our team to resolve initial questions and make the handover straightforward.
Track recruitment progress
• Maintain a simple record of people contacted, interested candidates and successfully onboarded contributors.
• Share regular updates on progress, candidate quality and any recruitment challenges.
• Work towards agreed recruitment targets and campaign deadlines.
• Use feedback from our team to improve future recruitment.
What we’re looking for
• A good understanding of Reddit and Discord.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching potential candidates.
• The ability to find people independently and follow up consistently.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• An understanding that successful recruitment means bringing in people who are ready and able to contribute.
• A respectful recruitment approach that follows community rules.
Experience in community recruitment, talent sourcing, ambassador programmes or online community building would be helpful. An existing network of active Reddit users is a plus. Formal recruitment experience is welcome, but we’re also open to someone who can demonstrate a practical approach and the ability to deliver.
What success looks like
Success will be measured by the number of qualified, available contributors you recruit, how smoothly they complete onboarding and whether they’re ready to support campaign delivery. Targets and qualification criteria will be agreed before recruitment begins.
Compensation
This is a commission-only freelance role with no fixed salary. Earnings would total ₹10,000 upon onboarding 500 qualified contributors(The same rate applies regardless of how many contributors you onboard) + bonuses.

A qualified contributor must be a unique, active Reddit user who completes Discord onboarding, understands the campaign requirements and confirms availability.
