SUMMARY
Responsible for sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests. Must have full knowledge of menu offerings, specials, drink specials and desserts. Must be able to balance trays of food and drinks. Duties include greeting the guests and the ability to accept payment in all offered forms and make accurate change when dealing with cash. Must be able to communicate and work as a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. Be aware of any changes to menu and/or specials. Greet guests. Accurate cash/credit handling skills. Prepare and deliver guests’ beverage order. Promptly prepare beverage orders ensuring quality and accuracy. Attend to guests consistently during their stay. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete all side work as needed. Maintain personal appearance standards. Provide courteous service and be cordial to all Team Members and guests. Be aware of all current marketing promotions offered by the Casino, as well as knowledge regarding Player’s Club benefits. Maintain a consistent attendance record. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends, holidays and special events as needed. Additional duties to include:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to customers.
- Serve patrons on the Casino floor.
- Take orders from customers, bar waiter/waitress.
- Maintain a clean and stocked beverage station.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serve wine and draft or bottled beer.
- Collect payment from guests in an accurate manner for drinks served.
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply levels.
- Maintain confidential daily record keeping of tips.
- Count and reconcile cash flow during shift, operates, balances and reconciles cash register and POS sales.
- Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Prepare appetizers.
- Monitor consumption of alcohol by guests.

- Other duties as directed. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three months related
Experience/training.
Must possess excellent customer relation, service, and mathematical skills.
