SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Bartender with sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to customers.
- Serve patrons on the Casino floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and table area.
- Take orders from customers at bar and on Casino floor when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and stocked beverage station.
- Assist bartender in duties.
- Collect payment from guests in an accurate manner for drinks served.
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply levels.
- Maintain confidential daily record keeping of tips.
- Transport orders of beverages and other supplies to and from bar location.
- Empty trash cans associated with Beverage operation.
- Ensure recyclables are placed in appropriate bins.
- Uphold standards set by California Liquor Control Commission, and ensure compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.

Qualifications

- Cash handling experience with POS
- Knowledge of restaurant /bar operation.
- Working nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
No Experience Necessary…. Will train.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Gaming License issued by the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Serve Smart or TIPs Certificate.
